Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Manager of Office of Municipal Investigations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to supplement existing agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the provision of professional services for pre-employment background investigations, at a cost not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Subclass 150, Org No. 108800, Account 526100, Budget Year 2005, Office of Municipal Investigations.
