Resolution further amending Resolution No. 337 of 2003 as mended by resolution 409 of 2003 and as further amended by resolution 448 of 2003 effective June 25, 2003 entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 4; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by adjusting the Brookline Library line item to reflect actual expenditures and to correct the total amount of all projects to read $940,095.80.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 230, as amended, effective April 19, 2000, which currently reads as follows:
The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 4, in an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred Twenty Five Thousand, Five Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($925,550.82) chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields.
