Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of  General services, and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for the purchase of a  Tire Cutter and Wheel Crusher, for the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Environmental Services, at a cost not to exceed twenty thousand eighteen dollars ($23,018.00), chargeable to and payable from Fund 2870, Org. 430000, Account 542700, Sub-class 600, Budget Year 2006, Department of Public Works, Bureau of Environmental Services.
