Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements A. Merante Constructing Inc. for costs associated with the Construction phase of the Pittsburgh City Steps project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Six Million Four Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars and Seventy Cents ($6,494,897.70), reimbursable at 100%, to be paid from the following accounts:
