Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of  Finance, and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, and provide for the payment thereof, and/or for transfer of funds to the Equipment Leasing Authority, for the purchase of one (1) Wood Chipper, for the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Operations, Forestry Division, at a cost not to exceed Thirty two thousand dollars ($32,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the Shade Tree Trust Fund, Fund 2853, Org. 400000, Account 542000, , Sub-class 600, Budget Year 2007, Department of Public Works.
