Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Director of the Department of Public Works to apply for grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources’ Community Conservation Partnerships Program to provide funding for the Renovation of Fort Pitt Park. The grant proposal includes an ask not to exceed FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($500,000.00) dollars with a match not to exceed FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($500,000.00) dollars from the City of Pittsburgh’s Capital Budget JDE Job Number 4550000226 for a total project cost not to exceed ONE MILLION ($1,000,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
