Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a grant agreement with the Pennsylvania Museum and Historical Commission for a grant in the amount of $18,654.50 for the purpose of conducting an historic architectural review of the Oliver Bath House. Matching funds will be provided in the 2019 City Capital Budget.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Pennsylvania Museum and Historical Commission in order to receive a grant award of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($18,654.50) to conduct an historic architectural review of the Oliver Bath House. Matching funds will be provided in the 2019 City Capital Budget. The Grant Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400248.45505.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into an Agreements, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor and not to exceed EIGHTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($18,654.50), to conduct an historic architectural review of the Oliver Bath House under the terms of the agreement between the City and the Pennsylvania Museum and Historical Commission chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400248.50000.00.
