Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Allegheny County with respect to salt storage, handling, and loading for the winter seasons of 2025-2026, 2026-2027, and 2027-2028 (November 1st to March 31st of each year) at no cost to the City.

Section 2.  Agreement or Agreements thereto shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
