Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a license and maintenance agreement with Allegheny General Hospital ("AGH") to permit AGH to prune certain trees in East Park and to fund a five-year General Pruning and Maintenance Program for East Commons.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a License and Maintenance Agreement with Allegheny General Hospital ("AGH") to permit AGH to undertake the pruning of designated trees in East Park and to fund a five-year General Pruning and Maintenance Program for East Commons.  The License and Maintenance Agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
