Title: Resolution further amending Resolution No.204, effective April 12, 2000, as amended, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 7; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by decreasing the funding for New Field Lighting Heth's Park” by $52,500, and by increasing the funding for “MACC for Community Development” by $10,000 and by adding two new projects “Preservation Pittsburgh Educational Materials/Downtown Retail Development and Promotion Project” $35,000 and “Western Pennsylvania Conservancy-Polish Hill Garden Project” $7,500. Total of all projects should not exceed $997,843.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 204, effective April 12, 2000, as amended, which currently reads:
 
The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 7, in an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand, Eight Hundred Fourty Three Dollars ($997,843.00), chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields.
