Resolution providing for an agreement or Cooperation Agreement by and between the City of Pittsburgh and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for the purpose of implementing the URA District 1 Decorative Lighting Project in City Council District 1 for the benefit of the residents of the City of Pittsburgh at a cost not to exceed $56,500.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and or the Director of the Department of City Planning is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or a Cooperation Agreement, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for the purpose of implementing the URA District 1 Decorative Lighting Project in City Council District 1 for the benefit of the residents of the City of Pittsburgh at a cost not to exceed $56,500.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account(s):
