Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning Article III, Section 902.03.A - Zoning Map #11 by changing from R2-M/Residential Two-Unit, Moderate Density and LNC/Local Neighborhood Commercial to EMI / Educational-Medical institute certain property identified as Block and Lot #50-R-055 in Allegheny Block and Lot system, 8^th Ward, City of Pittsburgh.
