Resolution Council authorizes and directs the Solicitor of the City of Pittsburgh to work with all City Authorities and City/County Authorities to have them adopt the City of Pittsburgh Ethics Code for all board members and employees.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Solicitor of the City of Pittsburgh is authorized and directed to work with all City Authorities and City/County Authorities to have them adopt the City of Pittsburgh Ethics Code for all board members and employees.

Section 2. The Authorities affected should include, but not be limited to, the Pittsburgh Housing Authority, Pittsburgh Public Parking Authority, Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, Pittsburgh Urban Redevelopment Authority, Equipment Leasing Authority, ALCOSAN, Stadium Authority, Stadium and Exhibition Authority, and any and all City Authorities and joint City/County Authorities which may be created in the future.
