Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Resolution No 562 of 2024 is hereby amended as follows:

Section 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission for the purpose of receiving grant funds in the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand ($25,000) dollars to develop revised historic guidelines in the Mexican War Streets historic district and the Manchester Historic District.

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission in order to receive a grant award of Twenty-Five Thousand ($25,000) dollars. The grant requires a match from the City of Pittsburgh in the amount of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred ($12,500) dollars to come out of the City of Pittsburgh Capital Budget (JDE Job Number 1130172121) for a total project cost of Thirty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred ($37,500) dollars. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 1129400481.45527.00.
