Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and the Director of the Department of Innovation and Performance are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or Agreement or Agreements, with Preservica Inc., in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the purchase and maintenance of a public access and digital preservation software solution for the Records Management Division of the Office of the City Clerk. The Preservica software shall not exceed Seventy-One Thousand Fifty-Five Dollars and Zero Cents ($71,055) over 5 years, payable from the following City Clerk/Computer Management General Fund accounts, subject to appropriations by City Council in respective budget year:
