Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreement(s) with agencies to provide emergency shelter services, street outreach services, rental assistance and housing relocation and stabilization services, and/or data collection activities, as associated with 2025 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds at a cost not to exceed $1,177,543.00 (ONE MILLION, ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE DOLLARS).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with agencies to provide emergency shelter services, street outreach services, rental assistance and housing relocation and stabilization services, and/or data collection activities, as associated with 2025 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds at a cost not to exceed $1,177,543.00 (ONE MILLION, ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE DOLLARS).
