Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Finance on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to accept a deed from Linda J. Fischer conveying certain property designated as Block 78 P, Lot No. 200, to become an addition to and extension of the Spring Hill-Spring Garden Greenway, in fee simple, and at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh.
 
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
 
All that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the Township of Reserve and the 26th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being bounded and described as follow:
 
Beginning at a point on the corner of Voegehtly and Geyer's Heirs land, and thence North ½o West and along a line of Geyer's Heirs land 39.9 perches to a post; thence North 74-1/2o East 5- 1/2o perches to a post on a line of Seibert and Company's land; thence South 30o East and along the line of George Blumensheiner 20 perches to a post; thence South 2 1/4o East and continuing along the line of said Blumensheiner and Company's land 20 perches to a post; thence back along the line of said Voegehtly above mentioned South 89-1/2o West 18.3 perches to a point at the place of beginning.  Said lot or piece of ground containing 3-3/4 acres.
 
Designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania as Block 78 P, Lot 200.
 
Deed recording and Reality transfer tax to be paid by the City of Pittsburgh, Account No. 526600, Fund 1000, Organization 107500, Subclass 150, Budget year 2002.
