Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing for the issuance of a warrant in favor of the Building & Fire Code Academy (“BFCA”), to provide a 2-Day Legal Aspects of Code Enforcement Training for all PLI staff that are required to have International Code Council (ICC) certifications as part of their job description at a cost not to exceed Seven Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($7,000.00).

 

Payment shall be made from the following accounts:
