Resolution granting unto MG West Associates LLC, 61 Oakmont Street, Irwin, Pennsylvania 15642, their successors and assigns, an encroachment to construct, maintain and use at his own cost and expense, parking lot on the paper portion of Woodville Avenue near Greentree Road, in the 20th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved that the Council fo the City of Pittsburgh hereby enactas as follows:

Section 1. That the MG West Associates, 61 Oakmont Street, Irwin, Pennsylvania 15642, his successors and assigns, is hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at his own cost and expense, a parking lot on the paper portion of Woodville Avenue near Greentree Road, the legal description is as follows:

Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Woodville Avenue at its intersection with Enoness Street; thence along said southerly line of Woodville Avenue N 56°56'53" W a distance of 29' + or – to a point at the true place of beginning; thence along the line now or formerly of F.M. Carpenter and the City of Pittsburgh by an Arc, curving to the left, having a radius of 30' for an Arc distance of 28.60' to a point of reverse curve; thence by an Arc, curving to the right, having a radius of 1056.69' for an Arc distance of 53.22' to a point; Said point the southeast corner of property now or formerly of MG West Associates LLC; thence along said property N 6°56'38" W; a distance of 76.88' to a point on the southerly line of Woodville Avenue; thence along said southerly line of Woodville Avenue, S 56°56'53" E, a distance of 104.29' to a point at the true place of beginning.

Containing 3,265 square feet.

All in the 20th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
