Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 200 of 2024, entitled “Resolution amending Resolution 546 of 2023, which authorized the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Pittsburgh Futures for professional services relating to leadership development training, by increasing the authorized spend by Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00) for a new total not to exceed cost of Two Hundred Seven Thousand, Three Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars ($207,336.00),” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement of Agreements with Pittsburgh Futures for professional services relating to leadership development training at a sum not to exceed Two Hundred Sixty-One Thousand, Three Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars ($261,336.00).
Funds shall be paid from the following grant and general fund accounts:
$27,336.00 from 0229400385.53901.00
$90,000.00 from 11101.102200.53901.2023
$144,000.00 from 11101.102200.53901.2024
Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
