Resolution vacating Dilworth Way and Flag Way at Cowan Street in the 19th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Dilworth Way and Flag Way in the 19th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
That vacating Dilworth Way and Flag Way to its terminus at the previously vacated portion of Flag Way, per Ordinance No. 188, 1931.
All that certain streets, to be vacated, being Dilworth Way and a portion of Flag Way as shown on the Richard Cowan's Plan of Lots on Mt. Washington as recorded in the Allegheny County Department of Real Estate in Plan Book Volume 7, Page 36, situate in the 19th Ward, City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bound and described as follows:
Beginning at a point at the intersection of the westerly right of way line of Dilworth Way, 20.00 feet wide, and the northerly right of way line of Cowan Street, 40.00 feet wide; thence from said point of beginning by the westerly right of way line of Dilworth Way N 01° 47' 00" W a distance of 140.00 feet to a point on the northerly right of way line of Flag Way; thence by the northerly right of way line of Flag Way N 88° 13' 00" E a distance of 33.46 feet to a point on the easterly terminus of Flag Way; thence by the easterly terminus of Flag Way S 17° 15...
