Title

Resolution authorizing a cooperation agreement or agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, the County of Allegheny and the School District of Pittsburgh providing for the financing, monitoring, implementation and termination of the Centre & Negley Tax Increment Financing District.  (Council District No. 8).

Body

Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, the County of Allegheny and the School District of Pittsburgh, in form approved by the City Solicitor, providing for the financing, monitoring, implementation and termination of the Centre & Negley Tax Increment Financing District.
