Title
Resolution providing for an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh ("City") and the Borough of Wilkinsburg ("Borough") for the collection of a portion of the Borough's municipal waste by the City for a term of five (5) years, commencing January 1, 2011, and ending December 31, 2015.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement with the Borough of Wilkinsburg providing for the collection of a portion of the Borough's municipal waste for a term of five (5) years, commencing January 1, 2011, and ending December 31, 2015. The City shall only be authorized to collect municipal waste from residential properties and apartment buildings containing less than six units located within the Borough. The Borough shall make monthly reimbursement payments to the City to cover the City's expenses in providing these services. Said Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall, in addition to the terms and conditions specified herein, contain other terms and conditions that may be in the best interest of the City.
