Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Human Relations Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional service Agreement/Agreements, in the form approved by the City Solicitor with Mark Hamilton, Esq. of Summers McDonnell Hudock Guthrie and Rauch, P.C., to provide legal representation as the Solicitor of the Commission on Human Relations in an amount not to exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), chargeable and payable from 11101.105000.53.53901.2023. 

Section 2.                     The agreement or agreements are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form.
