Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Segal Waters Consulting for the provision of a classification and compensation study for a sum not to exceed Three Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand and Zero Dollars ($325,000.00) and for the payment of the costs thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Segal Waters Consulting for the provision of a classification and compensation study for a sum not to exceed Three Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand and Zero Dollars ($325,000.00). The consultants will complete a full job classification analysis, a total compensation market assessment, provide the City with a set of recommendations, assist with implementation of said recommendations, and perform a review of Civil Service rules and statutes.
Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:
$325,000.00 from 11101.109000.53.53901.2017, Item #22222-30
Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
