Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Controller and the Office of Management and Budget are hereby authorized and directed to transfer a total of eighteen-thousand two-hundred eighty-five dollars and twelve cents ($18,285.12).
