Title
Resolution amending Resolution 343 of 2025, which authorized the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements, or amendments thereto, with Buchanan, Ingersoll, & Rooney PC, for expert legal services in connection with human resource related legal litigation, by extending the contract an additional year and increasing the total not to exceed amount by One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000) for a new not to exceed amount of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000), over the course of three (3) years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or agreements with Buchanan, Ingersoll, & Rooney PC, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000) for expert legal services in connection with human resource related litigation, chargeable to and payable from:

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
