Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution No. 203, effective May 14th 2022, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to apply for grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources' Community Conservation Partnerships Program to provide funding for a Trail Condition Study." is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are authorized to apply for receive grant funding in the amount of SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND ($73,000) from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources' Community Conservation Partnerships Program to provide funding for a Trail Condition Study. Trail Asset Management Plan. The grant proposal includes an ask of $73,000.00 with a local match of $73,000.00 to come out of the 2019 City of Pittsburgh Capital Budget (JDE job number 6009900019) for a total project cost of ONE HUNDRED FORTY SIX THOUSAND ($146,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the grants trust fund account: 6029400427.45505.00
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, for expenditures not to exceed SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND ($73,000.00) Dollars to come out of grants trust fund account 6029400...
