Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Urban Design Ventures, LLC for services relating to the ongoing technical assistance and consulting related to the HOME-ARP program, for a total not to exceed of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00)
Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:
2021: 1226300221.58101.00 HOME-ARP PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION $120,000.00
Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
