Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Warrant in favor of Andrew J. Lisiecki and Reich, Alexander & Reisinger, 1350 Koppers Building, 476 7^th Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219-1827, in the aggregate sum of $95,000 in full and final settlement of an action filed in the District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania at C.A. 00-1894 and C.A. 00-1793 for alleged damages, attorney's fees, and costs, and charge the same to Code Account 46, Judgments, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub. 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200 Budget Year 2002.
