Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor, and the Director of the Department of City Planning, are authorized to enter into a professional services agreement with Michael Baker International in an amount not to exceed TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND ($25,000) dollars to complete an architectural inventory in the Crawford-Roberts neighborhood.

Section 2.                     Funds shall come from the following accounts:

Grants Trust Fund Job Number: 1129400420.53901.00- $12,500

Capital Budget Job Number: 1173830019.53901.00- $12,500

Section 3.                     The Agreement or Agreements, and Amendments thereto, shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
