Title

Resolution authorizing and directing the Director of the Department of Public Safety and the Chief of the Bureau of Fire to investigate review the response times of the Fire Department to structure fires within the City of Pittsburgh since the recent Fire Station closures, and report the results of the investigation review to Council.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Director of the Department of Public Safety and the Chief of the Fire Bureau are hereby authorized and directed to investigate review the response times of the Fire Department to structure fires within the City of Pittsburgh since the recent Fire Station closures.

Section 2.  The results of the response time investigation review are to be presented to Council no later than thirty (30) days from the final passage of this resolution.
