Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Joyce Haynes and her attorneys, Simon & Simon, in the amount of Thirty Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00 USD) relating to the full and final settlement of the above noted cases, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2022.
