Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, to permit the City to access electronically the Commonwealth's Engineering and Construction Management System (ECMS).
