Resolution requesting the approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-19333, from Gypsy, Inc, 2760 Saw Mill Run Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15227 to D.AAA, LLC, 333 Middlegate Drive, Bethel, Park, PA 15102 for Mill Site Tavern, located at 2512 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-19333, from Gypsy, Inc., 2760 Saw Mill Run Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15227 to D.AAA, LLC, 333 Middlegate Drive, Bethel, Park, PA 15102 for Mill Site Tavern, located at 2512 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.
SECTION 2. Request for Approval
D.AAA, LLC, which has a mailing address of 333 Middlegate Drive, Bethel, Park, PA 15102, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-19333, which is currently registered to Gypsy, Inc, 2760 Saw Mill Run Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15227, desires to place a restaurant liquor license into a premise known and numbered as Mill Site Tavern, located at 2512 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203. The proposed interior is 1620 square feet, seating around 45 people on the first floor.
SECTION 3. Public Hearing
City Council shall set a date for Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning D.AAA, LLC for Mill Site Tavern's intent to the above liquor license.
SECTION 4. Approval or Denial of Request
