Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the City Solicitor are authorized to enter into a professional services agreement with Leaetta M. Hough, Ph.D., President of the Dunnette Group, Ltd., to  , at a cost not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars and no cents ($50,000.00) chargeable to and payable from 11101.53.53517.108000.2014. The professional services agreement is subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
