Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Signal Service, Inc., in the amount of $28,095.00 for the purchase of audible pedestrian equipment, charging the same to the following account:
