Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and providing for the purchase of materials, supplies and equipment and/or services, in connection with the Renovation of Recreation Centers and Senior Citizen Centers; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed $200,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and providing for the purchase of materials, supplies and equipment and/or services, in connection with the Renovation of Recreation Centers and Senior Citizen Centers at a cost not to exceed $200,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
