Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with a Consultant or Consultants, or a Vendor or Vendors, for the purpose of developing and distributing 2000 Census products to the public.  This may include information on the city's neighborhoods into hard copy booklets, CD ROM's, web site information and related activities, at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following account:
