Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a cooperation agreement with Pittsburgh Regional Transit (PRT) for the improvements made to the light rail stations near the intersection of Broadway Avenue and Belasco Avenue, collectively known as “Belasco Station.” The estimated cost of preparation and completion of work is One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($110,000.00). Funds received to be deposited into JDE Job #6075010326.
