Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Port Authority of Allegheny County in an amount not to exceed twenty two thousand, nine hundred, ninety two dollars and fifty cents ($22,992.50), for the payment of 9,197 full fare bus rides for the 2016 Great Race; without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from the following chart of accounts, 5000731400.55701.00, 2017, in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
