Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to use funds, in an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000), to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with Shift Collaboration, to implement a comprehensive educational awareness building campaign (as part of the CHAMPS program). Purchases for Welcoming Pittsburgh are authorized and shall be paid out of account: 0229400139.53901.00.
