Resolution vacating a portion of Buente and Bushnell Streets at Varley Way in the 26th Ward, 1st Council District, of the City of Pittsburgh.
 
Body
WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of a portion of Buente and Bushnell Streets at Varley Way in the 26th Ward, 1st Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
 
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by any persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
 
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      That vacating portions of .Buente Street, 20 feet wide, containing 4,602.4 square feet of area extending from the 40 foot wide right-of-way of the traveled portion of Buente Street to its terminus at Varley Street, adjacent to lot 11, 12, 13 and 14 in the Voegtly Plan of Lots, Plan Book Volume 29, page 10, recorded July 1, 1921 and lot and blocks 47-K-193, 195, 196, 198 and 206; and vacating a portion of Bushnell Street, 40 feet wide, containing 8, 600 square feet of area, extending from the 20 foot wide portion of Bushnell Street to its terminus at Varley Street, adjacent to lots 43-53 in the Beckfield & Rieger Plan of Lots, recorded October 7, 1896 and adjacent to Lot & Blocks 47-K-206 & 47-K-226 in the 26th Ward, 1st Council District of the City of Pittsburgh as described above shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
