Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with resourceX for professional services relating to priority based budgeting for a sum not to exceed One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) over three years, subject to annual appropriation by City Council for future years.

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

2022:                      $50,000.00 from 11101.102200.53.53901.2022

2023:                      $50,000.00 from 11101.102200.53.53901.2023

2024:                      $50,000.00 from 11101.102200.53.53901.2024

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
