Resolution amending Resolution 845 of 2025, which authorized the fee schedule for 2026 pursuant to Chapter 170 of the City Code, by revising fees associated with vending licenses into unified vending fees as recommended by the Department of Permits, Licenses & Inspections at no cost to the City.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 845 of 2025, entitled “Resolution authorizing the fee schedule for 2026 pursuant to Chapter 170 of the City Code. (Public Hearing held 12-20-25)”, is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The streamlined fees for PLI, DCP, and DOMI’s unified vending program and the removal of discontinued fees, which are contained in the PLI fee schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, are hereby incorporated into the 2026 fee book.
Section 2. The fees under Exhibit A shall be effective upon the effective date of this amending resolution.
