Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution No. 666 of 2021, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to enter into an agreement with the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Multimodal Transportation Fund (MTF) Program" is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are authorized to enter into an agreement with the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Multimodal Transportation (MTF) Fund Program, should the grant be awarded by DCED, to provide funding for the South 21st Street Complete Green Street Project in the amount of NINE HUNDRED SIXTY THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT ($963,578.00) dollars. The grant proposal includes an ask of $3,000,000.00 with a A local match of $473,618.00 to will be contributed by the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority for a total project cost of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY SIX ($1,437,196.00) dollars. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund 6029400375.45505.00. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTEEN ($3,473,618.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
