Resolution authorizing an amended Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) for the performance of certain work in connection with the Penn Circle Two Way Conversion; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,100,000.00), an increase of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), and by extending the term through the end of 2024.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) for the performance of certain work in connection with the Penn Circle Two Way Conversion; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,100,000.00), an increase of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), to be paid from the following accounts:
