Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Finance, and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals, to award, and to enter into a Contract or Contracts to use existing Contracts, and to purchase materials and supplies in connection with the construction of a Concession Stand at Ammon (Josh Gibson) Field, at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
