Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 605, effective December 15, 2004, entitled “Providing for an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements and providing for a Contract or Contracts or for the use of existing Contracts, in connection with the improvements to the South Side Riverfront Park Boat Launch; and further providing for the payment of the costs thereof,” by increasing the total project allocation by $100,000.00 from $100,000.00 to $200,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 605, effective December 15, 2004, which presently reads as follows:
“The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or to use existing Agreements, a Contract or Contracts or to use existing Contracts, in connection with the improvements to the South Side Riverfront Park Boat Launch, at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:

Source GRANT”
is hereby amended to read as follows:
