Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,000.00 warrant in favor of Global Promo Group, c/o Liberty Mutual, P.O. Box 6057, Indianapolis, IN 46206-6057, in settlement of a claim for a damaged trailer due to an incorrectly marked clearance of a bridge, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2007.
